Hey guys & gals, I’m back! I know I left you for a couple weeks, and that was rude of me, but we now return to the regularly scheduled daily thinspo posts!

Recipe - Banana Raisin Muffins (150 cals)
1-1/4 cups flour
1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup POST SPOON SIZE Shredded Wheat Cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1 egg
1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 large)
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 cup raisins
MIX flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Mix cereal and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in egg, banana, sugar and margarine. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in raisins.SPOON batter into medium-sized muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

This summer, commit to riding a bike instead of driving whenever possible. If you don’t already have a bike, yard sales are great places to find cheap but decent ones.
