Recipe - Gourmet Light Omelet (32 cals)
Beat egg whites with milk or water. Season with pepper and parsley.
Pour into hot frying pan, cook on low. Continue until the edges are almost dry.
Meanwhile, lightly cook veggies in non-stick pan. Pour onto omelet and fold it in half, turn and cook until done. Enjoy!

Hey guys & gals, I’m back! I know I left you for a couple weeks, and that was rude of me, but we now return to the regularly scheduled daily thinspo posts!

Recipe - Banana Raisin Muffins (150 cals)
MIX flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Mix cereal and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in egg, banana, sugar and margarine. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in raisins.
SPOON batter into medium-sized muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.
BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

This summer, commit to riding a bike instead of driving whenever possible. If you don’t already have a bike, yard sales are great places to find cheap but decent ones.

Recipe - Banana Cocoa Brownies (51 cals)
In a bowl, combine oats and boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites, bananas, sugars, oil and vanilla until blended.
Combine the dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Stir in the oatmeal mixture.
Spread into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the centre comes out clean (do not overbake).
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into bars, yields 4 dozen.

Recipe - Banana Nut Bread (123 cals)
In a large mixing bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl stir together the egg whites, banana, sugar, cooking oil and lemon peel.
Add to the flour mixture, stirring just till combined.
Stir in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into a nonstick 8x4x2 loaf pan.
Bake in a 350oF oven about 50 minutes or till a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and cool completely on the rack. Yields 16 servings.

Recipe - No-Fat Brownies (95 calories)
Preheat oven to 350 and coat an 8”x8” baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend well.
Pour into pan and bake 20-30 minutes until done.
Cut into 8 squares, then savor!

Today, when cravings start to bother you, do a Sudoku or take a walk - cravings tend to subside after 15 minutes, so just distract yourself for that long.

Recipe - Potato Chips (84 calories/quarter of recipe yeild)
In a bowl, combine potatoes and salt.
Add cold water to cover, then soak 30 minutes.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray, place potatoes on sheet in a single layer, and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, turning often.
Cool and munch!

Today try on your skinny jeans! It may make you feel bad to have to squeeze into them, but use that as motivation to stick to your diet and get into those babies faster. For extra motivation, hang them up on the wall or behind the door in the bathroom or bedroom as a visual reminder of your goals.

Mix all ingredients together, heat a pan to medium on stovetop, coat with cooking spray.
Spoon mix into pan, flatten, wait til bubbles appear & flip.
Cook other side, serve and enjoy!

Recipe - Garlic Mashed Potatoes (141 calories)
Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min or until tender.
Remove from heat, drain and cover.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, cook garlic & milk until soft, ~30min.
Add garlic/milk mixture & pepper to potatoes, mash until smooth, then delight!
